灯光距离调节装置综合性能测试系统
Integrated Automatic Test System for Electrical Headlight Spacing Adjustor
【摘要】 根据电动灯光距离调节器 (调光马达 )的性能要求标准 ,介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术构建的调光马达综合性能参数的自动测试解决方案 ,具体分析了测试系统的系统结构、硬件和软件设计 .实际运行结果表明 ,利用虚拟仪器技术进行计算机辅助测试系统设计 ,可以实现测试自动化和简化仪器仪表 ,提高参数测试效率和精度的目的
【Abstract】 In accordance with the demanded capacity standard of the electrical headlight spacing adjustor,the total solution scheme of the automatic test system used for testing the comprehensive characters of the adjustor is proposed in this paper.The main structure,hardware and software design of the system based on the virtual instruments technology are also discussed in detail.The result of the true run proves the practicality,efficiency,high accuracy and other characteristics of the computer aided testing system based on virtual instruments.
