超大型构件5坐标加工的坐标后置处理

【摘要】 超大型构件由于其重量和体积大难以采用传统的定位方法进行定位加工 ,只能在进行粗略的放置和固定后 ,用机床来找正工件的位置 ,实现“粗调位置—找正拟合定位—建模—加工”的过程 .因此与常见的 5坐标加工中心不同的是 ,超大型构件 5坐标加工中心的 2个旋转坐标既非转台式也非纯摆头式 ,而且在机床主轴上还要安装测量仪器执行测量工作 ,为此研究开发了专门的坐标后置处理算法 .算法采用仿射坐标系变换的方法描述机床旋转A ,B角后的坐标变换 ,通过将仿射坐标轴与机床坐标轴重合的设置方法简化了变换模型 .算法易于编程实现 .用此方法编制的Ideas的CAM软件的后置处理成功地用于上海磁悬浮列车轨道梁的测量和加工

【Abstract】 By tradition process,the huge workpiece is too heavy and large to position and machine.The“Rough adjustment-Approach fitting positioning-Modeling-Machining”process,after the part positioned and clamped roughly,was realized by the machine tool aligning the part’s location.What is different from the normal 5-axis machine center is the two rotary axes of 5-axis machine center for huge workpiece are not table or head type.At the same time the measuring instrument was installed at the machine’s main axle.A post-processing of 5-axis machining for huge work piece was presented in this paper.With affine transformation,the algorithm described the coordinate transformation after the machine tool rotated angle A and B.The model of transformation was simplified by setting the affine coordinate axis in coincidence with the ones of the machine tool,and the algorithm can be programmed easily.With this method,the post-processing of I-deas CAM is programmed and successfully used in the measurement and processing of maglev guide way girder in Shanghai.
