【Abstract】 Along with continuous development of society economy,mass transit also develops more and more quickly.At the same time corresponding to urban mass transit,the certificate-ticket also gets a substantial development,but in some aspects it is not perfect enough,for example,in the respect of process management of ticket.Based on analyzing the current situation of process of ticket,measures were proposed to optimize it.In connection with the current situation of sales and operation of ticket,optimizing strategy is obvious.We put forward an index evaluation system that can be used to test the optimization.更多还原
