大功率机车柴油机组合活塞裙部型面试验研究

【摘要】 通过对某大功率机车柴油机活塞裙部喷涂复合材料层后在标定工况下装机进行磨合实验 .磨合后的活塞裙部型面采用了精密的三坐标仪来测量 ,得到了实测的活塞裙部型面离散点的三维坐标值 ,最后根据实测结果进行活塞裙部型面基线的拟合 .研究结果表明用该实验方法来确定活塞裙部型面是成功和有效的

【Abstract】 In this paper,a grinding experiment on a piston skirt profile coated with compound material in a high-power locomotive diesel engine is carried out under a rating condition.Precise three-dimensional coordinate instruments are also employed to get the three-dimensional coordinate value of the discrete points in the actual measuring piston skirt profile. Finally the datum of the piston skirt profile is simulated and modified based on the measuring result.A conclusion could be drewn,from which it is successful and effective to determine a piston skirt profile by this method.
