【Abstract】 A novel region of interest (ROI) image c oding scheme with utilizing of information hiding technique is proposed in this paper. Compared with the present method in JPEG2000, the proposed scheme has sim ilar complexity, added flexibility to adjust the relative quality of the ROIs an d the background.So it can make up for the deficiencies of the Maxshift method.更多还原
