萃取精馏溶剂的模糊综合评判
Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgement on Extractive Distillation Solvents
【摘要】 基于萃取精馏溶剂选择的复杂性和不确定性,采用模糊数学方法建立了考虑选择性、溶解性、粘度、比热、沸点、摩尔质量、毒性和腐蚀性等因素的综合评判模型.通过模糊变换得到单因素评判矩阵,同时给各因素赋予权重,得到模糊综合评判矩阵.应用模糊综合评判矩阵分别对萃取精馏环己烷与2,4 二甲基戊烷、乙酸乙酯与乙醇等溶剂进行评判和排序,结果与文献较为一致,验证了该方法的可行性与合理性.
【Abstract】 Based on the complexity and indeterminacy of extractive distillation solvents selection,a model for the comprehensive judgement of solvents, in which 8 factors are considered, namely selectivity, solubility ,viscosity, specific heat capacity,boiling point temperature, molecular weight, toxicity and corrosion properties, is established , through fuzzy transformation, to gain single factor judging matrix, and to allocate weights to assessment factors. The feasibility and rationality of this model are verified by evaluating and ranking the solvents for two extractive distillations processes, cyclohexane and 2,4dimethylpentane, ethyl acetate and ethanol.
