【Abstract】 The next generation network must be the convergence of the fixed network,the mobile network and the Internet union account service is based on the networks convergence.At present only the UA conception is given,and no research material is reported.A notion of union account technology is brought forth in this paper.The theory′s design,structure and process are given.It is proved to be a good method to avoid the charging error when multi services handle the same account.更多还原
