【Abstract】 The interim evaluation carried out by the Ministry of Education on part of the pilot projectReforming Education using the Talent Nurturing Model hails the achievements of TJRTVU s online learning environment. It also says that the system has improved online learning to a great extent. The system comprises a two-way video distance teaching system, a RTVU Online teaching platform, a reception network for Satellite Data Broadcast, and a broadband education network supported by optical fibre. The system not only strengthens TJRTVU’ s teaching support services, but also induces in-depth reforms on its education system. The TJRTVU is expecting more new developments in 2003.更多还原
