增钙灰对增钙灰-水泥混凝土体积安定性的影响
Effect of calcium added fly ash on volume stability of concrete
【摘要】 增钙灰是发电厂采用立式旋风炉并添加石灰作为助熔剂时产生的副产品 ,它与普通粉煤灰在诸多方面存在差异 ,尤其是f CaO的含量较高 ,造成了混凝土的体积安定性不良 ,从而限制了增钙灰在混凝土中的应用 .对增钙灰的体积安定性问题进行了实验研究 ,提出在保证体积安定性合格的前提下增钙灰在混凝土中的极限掺量
【Abstract】 Calcium added fly ash is a by product which is made by the power plant using upright cyclone stove and adding lime as flux.It is different from the general fly ash in many aspects,especially,it′s high f CaO content results in poor volume stability of the concrete,so it′s application in the concrete is controlled.The experimental research on the volume stability of calcium added fly ash is carried out.The limit doped amount of the calcium added fly ash in the concrete with the precondition of possessing qualified volume stability is presented.
