【摘要】 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法 ,对中国奥林匹克标志与域名的关系进行了比较。中国奥林匹克标志具有专门的法规和《商标法》保护 ,而其域名保护目前仍处于无法可依的状态 ,主要采用域名争议解决机构去调解、仲裁。提出了加强相关立法、完善行政与司法救济等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the methods of documentation and logical analysis,this article analyzes the relationship between the sign and the domain name of Olympic Games in China.There is special statute and Commercial Law to protect the sign of Olympic Games,while there is still no law to protect its domain name at the present and only depends on some correlative organization to mediate and intercede.Some measures are provided to reinforce relative lawmaking and to consummate administrative and judicatory support.更多还原
