【Abstract】 The experiences of bottom and hearth management of WISCO’s BFs was summarized. In order to prolong the bottom and hearth life of WISCO’s BFs,a series of measures were adopted,such as adopting resonable bottom and hearth design, strengthening the maintain and management of bottom and hearth, controlling the thermal current intensity of bottom and hearth and so on.
