【Abstract】 A GC-MS method for the determination of105pesticide residues in concentrated apple juice samples is presented.The samples were extracted and cleaned up by a Celite chromatographic column with a hexane-dichloromethane mixture as the eluent.Pesticide determination was performed with the aid of gas chromatograˉphy-mass spectrometry under the selective-ion monitoring mode.Compounds were identified and determined according to their retention times and characteristic ions.Altogether105pesticides,including organochlorine,organophosphate,carbamate,prethroid and triazine pesticides,were detected by this method.The linear ranges for most pesticides are0.05～10mg/kg.The correlation coefficients are better than0.99.Over90%of the compounds have mean recoveries of70%～110%at a spiked level of0.2mg/kg.更多还原
