锌离子配位分子印迹聚合物的分子识别特性
Molecularly Imprinted Polymer
【摘要】 以Zn(Ⅱ)和2,2′-联吡啶为模板,4-乙烯吡啶为功能单体,三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯为交联剂,采用分子印迹技术,合成了锌离子配位模板聚合物;系统研究了锌离子对聚合物识别的调节作用;平衡结合实验结果表明,乙酸锌(Ⅱ)在一定浓度条件下能显著提高聚合物对2,2′-联吡啶的选择性识别能力。
【Abstract】 Using Zn2,2′dipyridyl complex as template,4vinylpyridine as the functional monomer and triallyl isocyanurate as the crosslinking monomer,a zinc(Ⅱ)complex template polymer was prepared by molecularly imprinting technology.The regulation effect of Zn(Ⅱ)to the selective recognition of polymer was studied.The results showed that the ability of selective recognition for2,2′dipyridyl by the polymer was distinctly enhanced in certain zinc(Ⅱ)acetate solution through equilibriumbinding experiment.
