分辨荧光光谱严重重叠药物体系的惩罚对角化误差算法
Algorithm with Penalty Diagonalization Error for Simultaneous Resolution of Seriously Overlapping Fluorescence Spectra of Drugs Mixtures
【摘要】 水杨酸、龙胆酸和对_氨基苯甲酸是3种荧光光谱严重重叠的常用药物 ,用常规方法难以同时测定 ;运用新近提出的惩罚对角化误差算法 (thealgorithmwiththepenaltydiagonalizationerror,PDE)结合三维荧光分析法 ,对该体系进行了研究 ,研究结果表明该算法不仅能用于荧光光谱严重重叠体系的分辨 ,而且具有收敛速度快及对组分数估计不敏感性的优点
【Abstract】 Salicylic acid,gentisic acid and p_aminobenzoic acid are three drugs in common use,whose fluoresˉcence spectra are seriously overlapping.For such a reason,it is difficult to simultaneously determine them by routine method.The three drugs were simultaneously detected using the modified parallel factors analysis(PARAFAC)algorithm with the penalty diagonalization error(PDE)newly proposed by the present authors in combination with three_way fluorescence spectrometry.The experimental results demonstrated that the PDE algoˉrithm could not only solve the seriously overlapping problem of spectra rapidly but also be insensitive to the estiˉmation of component number.
