外消旋硫代缩水甘油醚在多糖基质手性柱上的手性拆分
Chiral Separation of Thio-glycidyl Ether Racemates on Polysaccharide-based Chiral Columns
【摘要】 在自行合成的3种多糖基质的手性固定相上直接拆分了7种外消旋硫代缩水甘油醚 ,初步探讨了手性化合物结构在手性识别过程中对手性拆分的影响 ,并对手性固定相的手性识别能力进行了评价
【Abstract】 Three chiral columns were prepared with cellulose _ tris(phenylcarbamate)(CTPC), cellulose _ tris(3,5 _ dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC) and amylose _ tris(phenylcarbamate)(ATPC) chiral stationary phases, and seven thio _ glycidyl ether racemates were synthesized. The chiral separation of the seven thio _ glycidyl ether racemates was investigated on the three polysaccharide _ based chiral columns. The chiral discrimination capacity of the three chiral stationary phases for the analytes was evaluated and compared. ATPC was superior to CDMPC and CTPC for chiral separation of the analytes.
