【Abstract】 Based on CAI developing and fabrication,this paper introduces the way in edition and fabrication of the digital video and how to apply digital video in personal computer, internetbased computer and important point and notes. Combined with the examples used in multimedia coursewares, the paper introduces the application of digital video.
