【Abstract】 To improve the competence of railway trans-portation enterprises during the transition period of ac-cession to WTO is very important for the development ofChina railway while taking part in the new market com-petition of freight transport under economical globaliza-tion and the logistics-trend of freight transport. By ana-lyzing the current status of competence for China rail-way transportation enterprises and the development en-vironment during the transition period of accession toWTO, the paper suggests to improve the competence ofrailway transportation enterprises by expanding the capi-tal resources, by reinforcing the cultivation of humanresources, by enhancing the ability of transportation or-ganization and by making fully use of the developmentenvironment such as accession to WTO and exploitationof west region.更多还原
