道岔尖轨淬火温度自动控制系统的研究

【摘要】 道岔尖轨淬火是提高其使用寿命的主要途径之一。目前国内道岔尖轨淬火温度靠人工观察,难以保证淬火质量。为确保其淬火质量,研制了道岔尖轨淬火温度自动控制系统。本系统依据手动经验总结出道岔尖轨表面淬火温度与工作台车运行速度之间的控制规则,设计了模糊控制器。同时进行了硬件与软件的设计,实现了道岔尖轨淬火温度的自动控制。现场试验结果表明,本控制系统稳定性强,道岔尖轨淬火质量符合TB/T1779-93标准。

【Abstract】 Quenching is one of the main ways to prolong the lifespan of switch rails. At present, quenching temperatures are manually controlled in China, thus being very difficult to ensure the quenching quality. In order to guarantee the quenching quality of switch rails, the automatic temperature control system is developed. A fuzzy controller is designed under the fuzzy theory on the basis of summarizing the control rules between the surface temperature of the switch rails and the velocity of the operating car. At the same time, the hardware and software are designed. Automatic control of the switch rail quenching temperatures are realized. The results of site debugging show that the system has good stability and the quenching quality of the switch rails is in accordance with Slandard TB/T1779 93.
