独立旋转车轮轮轨接触蠕滑特性分析

【摘要】 分析了独立旋转车轮轮轨接触蠕滑率的计算方法,定义了车轮滚动系数,对车轮横移、摇头、曲线半径及车轮滚动系数对轮轨滚动接触蠕滑率的影响进行了详细的研究。研究结果表明:车轮蠕滑率对其横移比较敏感,同常规轮对相比,独立旋转车轮的踏面型状对其蠕滑率影响显著;车轮摇头对横向蠕滑率影响较大,但对纵向蠕滑率和自旋蠕滑率影响甚微;车轮滚动系数对纵向蠕滑率影响比较明显,对横向蠕滑率和自旋蠕滑率略有影响;曲线半径仅对独立旋转车轮的自旋蠕滑率有较大影响,对纵向蠕滑率和横向蠕滑率则影响甚微。最后,利用独立旋转车轮转向架车辆的动力学模型,验证了文中给出的蠕滑率计算方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the calculating method of wheelrail contact creepages about independently rotating wheels(IRW) are analyzed in detail. The wheel rolling coefficient(WRC) is defined. And the effects of lateral and yaw motions of IRW, the curve radius and the WRC to creepages of wheelrail rolling contact are emphatically researched. The analysis results show that the lateral motion of IRW has great effects to the creepages, which indicates the wheel profiles of IWR greatly affect the creepages; and the yaw motion of IRW has great effects to the lateral creepage and little to the longitudinal and spin creepages; and the WRC has great effects to longitudinal creepage and little to the lateral and spin creepages; the curve radius has great effects to the spin creepage of IRW and little to the longitudinal and lateral creepages. Finally, the validity of the calculating method is validated by using the vehicle dynamics model with IRW.
