列车空气制动系统数值仿真
Simulation model of train brake system
【摘要】 根据气体流动理论和120阀原理建立了列车空气制动系统仿真模型,介绍了机车自动制动机和车辆120阀模型的组成,各种功能的实现方法。给出了各种编组长度和各种减压量的制动缓解和紧急制动仿真结果,并与实验结果进行了对照,结果表明,该程序系统能很好地仿真列车制动系统性能。该系统可以用于分析制动过程,为制动系统的设计和改进提供了有力的分析工具。
【Abstract】 Base on air flowing theory and the principle of 120 distribute valve, established a simulation model of train brake system. In this article, discussed the function and the constitute of train brake system model, including locomotive automatic valve and 120 Chinese vehicle valve. Present a series simulation results, such as performance, Emergency and release speeds, and pressure curves, compared with experiment data, the results show simulation calculation has a good coherent with experiment data. This simulation can be used to analysis the process of train brake system, and it’s a good tool for design train brake system.
