发动机前端辐射声源的小波分析与识别
Analysis and Identification of Diesel Front Noise Source Based on Wavelet Transform
【摘要】 根据连续小波变换具有较二进离散小波变换和小波包变换更精细的尺度分辨率的特点 ,研究了适用于工程应用的发动机表面辐射声信号小波变换结果的表述方法 ,探讨了车用发动机表面辐射声源的识别问题 ,并以一台车用增压柴油机前端表面辐射噪声的测量和识别分析为例 ,提出了一种车用发动机主要噪声源诊断和识别的测试分析方法。文中还将声信号测量识别的结果与表面振动信号识别的结果做了比较 ,两者是吻合的。该识别方法可以为发动机表面辐射噪声控制提供有用的参考依据
【Abstract】 Continuous wavelet transform (CWT) has a finer scale resolution than dyadic discrete wavelet transform and wavelet packet transform. According to the analysis of acoustic signals using wavelet transform, an investigation of the noise source identification in a diesel is presented, and the describing used in engineering is proposed. With the wavelet transform, the major sources of the exterior radiation noise of the engine front are surveyed. The research provides the reliable basis for the engineering practice to reduce vehicle noise level. Furthermore, the measuring data of the acoustic signals are compared with measuring noise from surface vibration, and the results are valid.
