高压共轨喷油系统开发过程中电磁阀控制参数的仿真研究
Control Parameters Simulation of Electromagnetic Valve for High Pressure Common Rail Injection System
【摘要】 通过对高压共轨式燃油系统喷油器电磁阀动态响应的仿真计算 ,确定了激励电压、PWM的频率和占空比、释放回路电阻的大小及控制方式等对电磁阀动态响应的影响 ,为电磁阀驱动电路参数的选取提供了依据 ,为电磁阀动态响应初步试验指出了方向
【Abstract】 The effect of variable control parameters (inspire voltage、frequency and width of the PWM、resistance of the release circuit) on the electromagnetic valve′s dynamic response is simulated in this paper for high pressure common rail injection system. It will serve as the reference for the confirming of the electromagnetic valve′s control parameters and its instantaneous response experiment.
