【Abstract】 We usually only think of the engineering quality of bridge as mentioning the quality of bridge. In fact, the qulity of bridge includes two respects: the engineering quality and the aesthetic quality. The eggineering quality is the everlasting basis of the aesthetic quality, the aesthetic quality is the transcending of its engineering quality . The aesthetic quality of bridge, in fact, is the result of judging of bridge from aesthetic opinion. It embodies many respects. It is not only built, but also given. Let bridge transcends the material limitation, gains the beauty of life and beautiful life, let above idea is becoming the inner ruler of the design and building of bridge.
