倾摆机构的结构优化
Structure Optimization of Tilting Mechanism
【摘要】 针对摆式客车四连杆倾摆机构的特点 ,建立了多变量、多约束、多目标的非线性优化模型。用加权系数法和复合形法求解 ,得到了一组优化参数。利用国际上通用的动力学计算软件 ADAMS/ RAIL 和计算仿真程序 ,对唐山机车车辆厂试制的摆式客车倾摆机构的初步方案和优化方案进行了分析比较
【Abstract】 In view of the features of the 4 connecting rod tilting mechanism on tilting passenger cars, the multi variant, multi restraint and multi target non linear optimization model is set up. The solution is made with the weighted factor method and complex type method to obtain a group of optimized parameters. With the international dynamics calculation software adams/rail and the calculation simulation program, the analysis and comparison are made for the initial scheme and optimized scheme of the tilting mechanism of tilting passenger cars that are being manufactured on trial in Tangshan Locomotives and Rolling Stock Works.
