高效液相色谱法测定心脉素注射液中20(S)-人参皂苷Rg2和20(R)-人参皂苷Rg2构型异构体的含量
The Content Determination Simultaneously of Isomer 20(S)- & 20(R) - Ginsenoside Rg2 in Xinmaisu Injection by Rp - HPLC
【摘要】 建立心脉素注射液中20(S)-人参皂苷Rg2和20(R)-人参皂苷Rg2构型异构体的高效液相色谱测定法。采用YWG—C18分析柱,以甲醇-磷酸溶液(1→25)(7:3)为流动相,在203nm波长处检测。平均回收率分别为99.5%和100.6%。相对标准偏差分别为1.2%和1.4%。该方法准确、简便。
【Abstract】 A Rp- HPLC method was described for the determination of isomer 20(S) &20(R) - ginsenoside Rg2. Xinmais Injecticn The sample solution can be injected into a system comprising a column(4. 6mmID×25cm) of YWG-C18 with methanol-H3PO4(1→25)(7:3) as mobile phase and a detection wavelength at 203nm. The average recovery was 99.53% and 100. 6% ,and RSD were 1. 2% and 1.4%,respectively. The method was accurate and simple.
