【摘要】 分析同一品种山药在不同产区的无机元素含量,探讨怀山药无机元素的标识特征。应用电感耦合等离子体光电直读光谱仪分别对怀山药药材和土壤样品进行微量元素全分析。不同产地山药对无机元素的富集能力不同,无机元素含量差异明显;怀山药中Cu、Nb、Ga含量最高,对P、Sr、Zn、Cu、K、Na的富集能力均大于非道地产区山药。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the characteristics of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.,inorganic elements presented in the same variety of Dioscorea opposita in the different producing areas were analyzed.The analyses on the inorganic elements of soil and Dioscorea opposita were made by ICP-AES.The enrichment ability and the content of inorganic elements were different in the different producing areas; the contents of Cu, Nb and Ga were the highest and the enrichment ability of P, Sr, Zn, Cu, K and Na was beyond that in the Dioscorea opposita in the nonauthentic producing areas.更多还原
