梯度功能陶瓷材料的应力强度因子
STRESS INTENSITY FACTORS OF FUNCTIONALLY GRADIENT CERAMIC MATERIALS
【摘要】 研究了对称型梯度功能材料的Ⅰ型裂纹问题 ,并采用外推法计算了三点弯曲条件下不同组成分布的梯度功能陶瓷材料的无量纲应力强度因子KI。计算结果表明 ,裂纹长度较小时 ,KI随着组成分布指数n的增大而增大 ;而裂纹长度较大时 ,KI随着n的增大而减小。
【Abstract】 The mode Ⅰ crack problem for Functionally Gradient Ceramic Materials is investigated in this paper,and the dimensionless stress intensity factors K I for functionally gradient ceramic materials with different compositional distributions under three-point bending are calculated by using the extrapolation technique.The results reveal that K I increases with the increase of compositional distribution exponent n for a shorter crack length,whereas K I decreases with the increase of n for a longer crack length.
