利用含铬钙镁渣制造陶瓷砖试验研究

【摘要】 首次利用含铬钙镁渣为原料烧制陶瓷砖 ,并测试了其晶相组成、吸水率、收缩率和可溶性六价铬含量。实验结果表明 ,最佳掺渣量为 15 % ,并且当烧制温度为 10 0 0 -115 0℃时 ,主晶相为钙长石 ,此时解毒彻底 ,物理性能达到国家内墙砖的标准

【Abstract】 The ceramic ties using chromate sludge as a main material were successfully developed first.The component of their crystal phase and the water absorption,the contraction,the solube chromium(Ⅵ) were determined.The results show that chromate sludge can be applied to produce ceramic tile which the test of physical properties met the requirement in the nation stand,and when the chromate sludge content added is about 15%,the phase crystallized from the ceramic tile is anorthite at the temperature of 1000-1150℃.It has a thorough detoxification.
