SiC短纤维增强SiC-BN复合陶瓷
Short SiC Fiber Reinforced SiC-BN Ceramic Matrix Composites
【摘要】 采用原位合成的方法设计并制备了SiC短纤维增强的SiC-BN复合陶瓷。经理论计算及实验证盼,在相对较低的温度(1700℃)下即可成功实现预期的原位反应,生成了细小均匀的微米级SiC和BN颗粒,并研究了纤维和BN含量对复合陶瓷组织结构和力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 SiC1/SiC-BN ceramic matrix composites has been designed and fabricated via in-situ synthetic reaction. By theoretical calculations and experimental methods, the anticipated in-situ reaction was proved enabled at relative low sintering temperature of 1700℃In the composites, fine SiC and BN particles disperse homogeneously in the matrix. The influence of content of fiber and BN to the mi?crostructure and mechanical properties has been investigated.
