【Abstract】 Teachers’ sense of selfefficacy is defined as teachers’ belief in their influence on students’ behaviors and academic achievements. Research at home and abroad have shown that teachers’ sense of selfefficacy is a variable contributing a lot to teachers’ teaching behaviors and students’ academic achievements.
