【摘要】 目的　构建人IL - 10原核表达载体。方法　用PCR方法从质料pEGM -T -hIL - 10中钓出去除信号肽及非编码区的基因 ,克隆到原核表达载体中。结果　构建成原核表达载体pET -hIL - 10 ,经DNA测序获得了正确的hIL - 10基因序列。结论　成功构建人重组hIL - 10基因的原核表达载体 ,为进一步研究其表达、生物学活性和临床应用奠定了基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To contruct eukaryocyte expressing vector of recombinant human IL-10 gene.Methods The gene of hIL-10,which signal peptide and non-coding regions was removed, was amplified from pEGM-T-hIL-10 plasmid by PCR,and then insert it into eukaryocyte expressing vector pET28.Results vector carrying hIL-10(pET-hIL-10)was constructed,and the correct sequence of hIL-10 was identified by DNA sequencing.Conclusion The gene of recombinant hIL-10 was constructed suceessfully,and it may useful for the further reserch in its expressing and clinical use.更多还原
