【Abstract】 In this paper, the experiment is conducted in which the stem segments with axillary bud of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi as explant are cultured on MS media supplied with different combinations of phytohormone. The results show that MS + 6-BA 2.0mg/L is an appropriate culture medium for germination of axillary bud; the best medium for propagation of bud is MS + 6-BA2.0mg/L + NAA0.1mg/L, coefficient of propagation up to 14; and the best rooting medium is 1/2MS + NAA0.4mg/L, and the rooting rate reaches 93%.更多还原
