【摘要】 目的 :从胆碱能神经递质方面探讨参叶益智胶囊改善记忆功能的作用机理。方法 :对 3月龄和 12月龄小鼠分别给予参叶益智胶囊及对照药物后 ,测定小鼠大脑皮质和海马胆碱己酰转移酶 (Ch AT)、胆碱酯酶 (Ach E)活性及己酰胆碱(Ach)含量。结果 :参叶益智胶囊对 12月龄小鼠大脑皮质和海马 Ch AT、Ach E活性及 Ach含量的影响是双向调节作用。即升高 Ch AT活性 ,降低 Ach E活性 ,从而使 Ach含量提高或维持在一相对恒定的水平上。结论 :参叶益智胶囊可以调节老龄小鼠正常的胆碱能神经生理功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects o f Shenye Yizhi Capsule on improving memory function on the neurotrasmitter of A ch.Methods:3-month and 12-month rats were treated with Shenye Yizhi Capsule and the contrary drug respectively. Activity of ChAT and AchE, th e content of Ach were determined after treatment for all rats.Results:Shenye Yizhi Capsule has both-sided effects on th e activity of ChAT and AchE and the contents of Ach to the 12-month rats, highte ning the activity of ChAT and reducing the activity of AchE, which make the cont ents of Ach improved or maintain stable level of relativity.Conclusion:Shenye Yizhi Capsule can adjust the normal phys iological function of Ach of older rats.更多还原
