【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the ideal extraction technology of Zingiber officinale Rosc. in Taohua Anti-diarrhea Granule.Methods:Applying the orthogonal design and the extraction volume of volatile oil being chosen as the detective index, the optimum extraction conditions were investigated.Results:The optimum extraction condition showed that the rough powder of Zingiber officinale Rosc. was 2 mm, 6 L water was added to the herb and extracted for 9 h.Conclusion:The optimum technology provided theoretic basis for the producing of Taohua Anti-diarrhea Granule.更多还原
