【摘要】 目的 :测定苍耳鼻炎丸中甘草酸的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法以甲醇 - 0 .0 2 mol/ L 醋酸铵溶液 -冰醋酸(5 5∶ 4 5∶ 1)为流动相 ,L ichrospher R10 0 (4.6 mm× 2 5 0 mm,5 μm)为固定相 ,流速为 1.0 ml/ min;检测波长为 2 5 0 nm。结果 :甘草酸的测定在 89.4 4～ 4 4 7.2 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97.4 3% ,RSD1.4 8%。结论 :该方法简单、灵敏度高 ,可用于苍耳鼻炎丸中甘草酸的含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a qualitative method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Cang’er Biyan Pill. Methods: RP-HPLC was applied with a mixture of methanol-ammonium acetate (0.02 mol/L)-anhydrous acetic acid (55∶45∶1) as mobile phase and Lichrospher R 100(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the wavelength for detection was 250 nm. Results: The determination of glycyrrhizic acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 89.44～447.20 μg, the average recovery was 97.43% and the RSD was 1.48%. Conclusion: This method is simple and has high sensitivity, it could be appliable for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Cang’er Biyan Pill.更多还原
