【摘要】 目的 :观察复方三七酒抗炎、镇痛、活血化瘀作用及其局部刺激性。方法 :用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症测定耳片重量。用光热法、热板法、扭体法测定小鼠痛阈 ,以观察该药的抗炎、镇痛效果 ;用重力损伤法致小鼠皮下出血性瘀斑 ,观察活血化瘀作用 ,用股四头肌及皮肤刺激法观察其刺激性。结果 :复方三七酒使二甲苯所致炎症耳片重量有明显减轻 ,对上述三种致痛法的痛阈明显延长 ,对重力损伤所致肿胀 ,瘀血斑有明显疗效 ,对局部无红肿、瘀血和坏死现象。结论 :复方三七酒具有抗炎 ,镇痛及活血化瘀作用 ,对局部无刺激性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia, the activing of blood and reducing the block of blood and local stimulation of Fufangsanqijiu (FFSQJ). Methods: To estimate the ear sheet weight by causing mice ear concha inflammation with dimethlybenzene; To observe the anti-inflammation and analgesia effects by determining mice pain limen with light-heat method, heat-plate method and body-writhing method. To observe the effect of activing blood and reducing the blood block by causing mice infraskin Hemorrhagic ecchymosis with the sravity force damage method and to observe the stimulation method by the quadriceps femoris and skin stimulation methed. Results: FFSQJ relieves the ear sheet weight of inflammated mice by dimethylbenzene; It could highly prolong the mice pain limen by the three above-mentioned methods and has better effects to mice swelling blood locus by gravity force damage and doesn’t cause red swelling, blood spot and necrosis of the local mice skin. Conclusion: FFSQJ has effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia and the activation of blood and doesn’t stimulate the local skin of mice.更多还原
