【摘要】 目的 :探讨白头翁的体外抑菌作用。方法 :用 K- B纸片扩散法。 10 0 %白头翁浸出液滤纸片对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、炭疽杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌抑菌作用进行了研究。结果 :白头翁对以上细菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论 :白头翁在体外有明显的抑菌作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research on the in vitro growth inhibition effect of PCR on bacteria.Methods:K-B paper dispersion method was used and the paper was presoaked with 100% PCR water extract. We observed the inhibition effect of circular filter paper pieces of PCR on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans, P. aeruginosa, B. anthracis, S.typhi, α-hemolytic streptococcus, β-hemolytic streptoccoccus.Results:It had obvious effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.Conclusion:PCR has significant in vitro effect of growth inhibition on bacteria.更多还原
