【摘要】 目的 :比较不同产地黄精中多糖的含量。方法 :硫酸蒽酮比色法 ,线性范围 4 .12～ 2 0 .6 0 μg·ml- 1 (r=0 .9988)。结果 :以葡聚糖计 ,安徽九华山、贵州、湖南、河南周口、云南、河南济源、河北等地黄精中多糖含量分别为 :17.79% ,13.19% ,8.2 5 % ,11.4 7% ,10 .99% ,4 .4 7% ,9.91%。结论 :不同产地黄精中多糖的含量差异明显 ,其中以安徽九华山产黄精中多糖的含量最高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum derived from different places. Methods:Colorimetry of anthrone-sulfate was applied for quantitative determination of polysaccharide. The linear range of dextran was 4.12～20.60 μg·ml -1(r=0.998 8). Results:The contents of polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum from Jiuhuashan Anhui, Guizhou, Hunan, Zhoukou Henan, Yunnan, Jiyuan Henan and Hebei were 17.79%, 13.19%, 8.25%, 11.47%, 10.99%, 4.47% and 9.91%, respectively.Conclusion:The content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum from different places are significantly different, and the one from Jiuhuashan Anhui is the highest.更多还原
