虎杖中提取蒽醌苷的研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究提取温度和提取液乙醇浓度对从虎杖中提取蒽醌苷的影响。方法 :使用乙醇提、聚酰胺吸附、乙醇洗脱的方法 ,从虎杖中提取蒽醌苷。结果 :提取温度升高 ,蒽醌苷提取率增大 ;提取液乙醇浓度增加 ,提取率酰增加。结论 :增加温度和提取液乙醇浓度有利于提高提取率

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of temperature and alcohol concentration on extraction efficiency on extraction anthraquinone glycoside from polygonum cuspidate. Methods: Anthhraquinone glycoside is extracted from polygonum cuspidate by using the methods that Polygonum cuspidatum was extracted by alcohol, then was adsorbed by polyamide and finally was desorbed by alcohol. Results: It was shown that extraction efficiency increased while temperature rosd. It also showed that extraction effciency increased while the alcohol concentration increased. Conclusion: To increase temperature and alcohol concentration is favorable to improve extraction efficiency.
