【摘要】 目的 :测定通痹胶囊中士的宁的含量 ,为其质量控制提供依据。方法 :采用日本岛津 CS- 90 0 0型双波长飞点扫描仪 ,检测波长为 2 35 nm。用薄层扫描法对通痹胶囊中士的宁进行含量测定。结果 :在 1.0～ 8.0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系 ;加样回收率为 99.4 3% % ,RSD为 1.5 1% ,相关系数为 0 .9997。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,精密度好 ,结果准确可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine strychnine in Tongbi Capsule by TLCS for quality control.Methods: The CS-9000 dual wavelength flying spot scanning densitometer was selected. The detection wavelength was 235 nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.0～8.0 μg for strychnine (r=0.999 7), and average recoveries (n=5) were 99.43% for strychnine (RSD=1.51%). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.更多还原
