【摘要】 目的 :建立仙人掌中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,采用 Kromasil C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 .5 %磷酸 ( 5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 36 0 nm。结果 :槲皮素获良好分离 ,0 .0 0 8～ 0 .0 4μg线性关系良好 ( r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为98.5 % ,RSD为 1.4 %。结论 :该定量方法可作为仙人掌的质量控制标准之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The method was established to determine the contents of quercetin in Cactus.Methods:RP-HPLC method was used with Kromasil-C 18 column. The mixture of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (50∶50) was a mobile phase. Quercetin was detected at 360 nm.Results:Quercetin was well separated. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.008～0.04 μg with correlation coefficient 0.999 9. The average recovery of quercetin was 98.48%, RSD =1.41%( n =5).Conclusion:This method is sensitive and reliable. It can be used to determine quercetin in Cactus.更多还原
