【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the soluble As in Niuhuangjiedu tablet and Xionghuang.Methods:The content of As is determined by spectrophotometry.Results:The linear range is 4～20 μg( r =0.999 3), the average recovery rate is 99.1 %.Conclusion:The method is sensitive and has good reproducibility.It can be used as a reference to the content limits of As in Niuhuangjiedu tablet.更多还原
