人工培养蛹虫草多糖的抗炎及免疫作用研究
Studies on the Anti-inflammatory and Immunomodulating Actions of the Polysaccharide in the Tissue Culture of Cordyceps militaris
【摘要】 目的 :研究人工培养蛹虫草多糖 (CMPS)的抗炎及免疫作用。方法 :检测 CMPS对巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的影响 ;对免疫器官重量、小鼠碳粒廓清功能、SRBC致敏小鼠溶血素生成、DNCB所致迟发型超敏反应等免疫作用的影响。结果 :CMPS对小鼠耳肿胀及毛细血管通透性增高均有抑制作用 ;抑制小鼠溶血素的生成 ;对免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清功能、DTH等免疫作用无明显影响。结论 :CMPS具有抗炎作用 ,对细胞免疫没有明显的影响
【Abstract】 Objective: The anti inflammatory and immunomodulating actions of the polysaccharide in tissue culture of Cordyceps militaris on micewere studied. Methods: Anti inflammatory effects of CMPS were investigated by determinating the decrease of edema in mouse ears induced by the croton oil and the increase of vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice. Immunomodulating actions of CMPS were studied by measuring of indexes of spleen and thymus, clearance rate of iv charcoal partical, the serum hemolysin formation immunized with SRBC, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) in mice immunized with DNCB. Results: CMPS could inhibit ear swelling, the increasing of vascular permeability and the serum hemolysin formation,but had no effect on the clearance rate of iv charcoal partical, the weights of spleen and thymus and DTH. Conclusion: CMPS has anti inflammatory effects, but has no effects of immunomodulating in mice.
