【摘要】 共性技术是基础科学研究和专有技术之间的桥梁,在技术结构中处于基础性的地位。共性技术的突破对产业结构提升意义重大。为了揭示共性技术的本质和发展规律,本文从经济学、技术学和哲学的学术视角对共性技术的属性进行了分析,并在此基础上对美国经济学家G.坦森的“以技术为基础的经济增长模型”在理论上作出了修正。本文还论述了共性技术的层次性和共性技术与专有技术相互转化原理,这对选择共性技术研发路线和政策框架设计都具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Generic Technology (GT) is a bridge between basic science and proprietary technology. It holds a fundamental position in the structure of technology. The achievement of GT means a lot to the promotion of industrial structure. In order to explore the essence and the developing rule of GT, this article analyzes the attributes of GT on the academic views of economics, technology and philosophy, thus updating the theory of ’ technology - based economic growth model’ by Gregory Tassey, an American economics. It also reveals that GT is of different levels, and it discusses the principles of mutual transform between GT and proprietary technology. It has the practical importance in choosing the ways of how to research and develop GT and how to form policy.更多还原
