【Abstract】 The transaction security theory of civil and business law embodies law′ s order value. Transaction security belongs to law′ s security and pertains to the category of dynamic security. Transaction security is deliberately founded to protect the reliance sense of transaction parties who believe that a legal act of transaction nature is valid.
