【Abstract】 From the perspective of WTO,the present paper analyzes the concept of economic globalization and the process of its evolution and thereupon,enquires into the far -reachi ng impact of this globalization on th e laws of the world,and the private international law in particular.From the ma croscopic point of view,this globalization exercises effect on sovereign state s,individuals and dispute -solving mechanisms and from a microscopic view-point,the globalized trade freedom weakens the states’ privilege with r egard to human beings’ shared cultur al heritage while globalized trade req uires that individuals should move f reely and thereupon a system of freer divorce will be formed.更多还原
