定向射孔提高低渗透油藏水力压裂效率的模拟试验研究

【摘要】 水力压裂是低渗透油气田提高开采效益的最重要技术手段之一,但目前对水力压裂裂缝延伸的研究大多建立在数值模拟计算的基础上,特别是射孔对水力压裂影响规律的研究较少,使得压裂成功率较低(低于70%)。通过室内真三轴水力压裂模拟试验及数值计算,研究了定向射孔对裂缝启裂压力、启裂位置及裂缝延伸的影响规律,得到通过定向射孔可达到降低地层破裂压力,形成一条大而平整的水力裂缝,提高低渗透储层水力压裂效率及成功率的目的。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic fracturing is an important method for improving recovery efficiency in low permeability oil and gas reservoirs. However, the research on fracturing extending rule is commonly based on numerical simulation, especially the research on perforation effecting the hydraulic fracturing is less, so that the current fracturing success rate is below 70%. Based on lab tests under true tri-axes and numerical calculations, this paper presents the impacts of oriented perforation on fracturing press, the original position and extending. The results show that this technique can reduce fracture pressure, create a wide and smooth fracture , and improve fracture efficiency and success rate.
