【摘要】 目的 探讨彩色血管能量成像(CPA)在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 95名患者105个病灶经CPA成像,对肿块内的血液供应情况进行分级,并用脉冲多普勒探测肿块血流的阻力指数(RI),良恶性肿块之进行比较。结果 以RI≤0.5为标准诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感性和特异性分别为93％,97％。以血流分Ⅲ级为标准诊断卵巢癌敏感性,特异性分别为57％,100％。以血流Ⅰ级为标准诊断良性肿瘤的敏感性,特异性分别为74％,91％。结论 CPA肿块内的血流分级和RI 联合应用,有助于卵巢肿块的诊断和鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of power angio imaging( CPA) in the diagnosis of ovarian neoplasms. Methods Ninty five patients with one hundred and five ovarian tumors were examined preoperatively by CPA sonography, and ovarian tumors were classified into three grades according to the tumor vascularity.Resistance index (RI) was measured with pulsed Doppler sonography. The differences between benign and malignant tumors were compared. Results The cutoff of RI=g0.5 with the highest accuracy had a sensitvity of 93% specificity of 97% . The authors diagnosed malignancy with vascularity of the third grade, which had a sensitivity of 57% and specificity of 100%. The authors diagnosed benignity with vascularity of the first grade, with had a sensitivity of 74% and specificity of 91 % Conclusion The combination of grades of vascularity in CPA and RI can be helpful to the diagnosis of the ovarian neoplasms.更多还原
