【摘要】 本文从经济学和组织学的角度透视非营利组织这一新兴的组织形式和经济现象,认为非营利组织其特定的管理方式、组织属性和组织结构,降低了生产费用和交易费用,实现了资源的优化配置,在政府领域和市场领域外的第三域发挥着不可替代的作用,这充分证明非营利组织的存在和发展具有重要的经济逻辑和经济意义,从而为其定性分析提供定量分析的基础,为其规范分析提供实证分析的支撑,并为下一步研究提供了重要的理论参考和崭新的视角思路。更多还原
