【摘要】 目的　探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )在儿童急性风湿热 (ARF)中的作用。　方法　采用Westernblot技术检测ARF活跃期、静止期及健康对照组血液单个核细胞HSP70表达情况 ,并与血沉 (ESR)、C反应蛋白 (CRP)进行相关分析。　结果　活跃期组HSP70呈高表达 ,静止期组表达降低 ,正常对照组呈低表达 ,活跃期组与静止期组及正常对照组比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;静止期组与正常对照组 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。活跃期组血液HSP70表达与ESR、CRP呈正相关。　结论　ARF患儿血液HSP70表达可作为判断风湿活跃的一项实验指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of blood heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in patients with acute rheumatic fever (ARF). Methods The blood PBMC expression of HSP70 in patients with ARF, patients with chronic inactive rheumatic heart disease (CRHD) and healthy controls were measured by methods of western blot and the relationship between HSP70 and ESR or CRP were studied. Result The expression of blood HSP70 in patients with ARF was higher than those with CRHD and healthy controls, their positive correlation were significantly observed (P<0.01). That of patients with CRHD was almost the same with those in healty controls(P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with ARF have high blood expression of HSP70.It may be used as a laboratorial marker in clinic assessment of activity in patients with rheumatic fever.更多还原
